It started with a simple idea: the best griddle is the one you only need to buy once. So we make griddles in hot-rolled steel — heavy, honest and made to be used every week with propane or wood fires.

Every griddle is marked with our name and gets handles fixed to the plate. Look after it and the cooking surface gets better with every dinner, for many years to come.
